Authors are invited to submit original research articles and review articles within the scope of the journal. Please follow the following guidelines carefully.

The manuscript submitted to a journal:

1. must be original and should not have been previously published in any journal, book, conference proceedings, or other publication;
2. must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere;
3. should be submitted only after obtaining the consent of all authors; and
4. must be free from plagiarism and any form of unethical publication practice.

1. Manuscripts should be prepared in MS Word according to the prescribed page style of the journal.
2. Authors should follow the format provided in the Sample Paper for Submission.
3. The manuscript should be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English.
4. Authors are responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy, mathematical correctness, clarity, and overall quality of the manuscript.
5. Mathematical expressions, equations, figures, tables, and references should be presented clearly and consistently.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a similarity check before review and publication. The overall similarity should normally not exceed 20%, excluding references. Manuscripts with excessive similarity or substantial unattributed overlap may be returned for revision or rejected. The Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board make the final decision regarding similarity. The journal follows internationally accepted publication-ethics standards.

1. Authors should submit the complete manuscript in MS Word format.
2. A corresponding PDF file of the manuscript should also be submitted along with the Word file.
3. The PDF version should correspond exactly to the submitted Word version.
4. Authors should ensure that all necessary components of the manuscript are included before submission.

1. Authors may suggest the names of three potential reviewers with appropriate expertise in the subject area of the manuscript.
2. Suggested reviewers should be independent researchers with relevant academic expertise.
3. Authors should not recommend reviewers who have a conflict of interest with the authors or the submitted work.
4. The final selection of reviewers rests entirely with the Editor-in-Chief and/or the Editorial Board.

1. All submitted manuscripts are subject to a fair and unbiased peer-review process.
2. Manuscripts are evaluated on the basis of their originality, technical quality, significance, clarity, relevance, and the recommendations of the reviewers.
3. The possible editorial decisions are:
   1. Accept;
   2. Minor Changes;
   3. Major Changes; or
   4. Reject.
4. The final decision regarding publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief, taking into consideration the reviewers' recommendations and the editorial standards of the journal.

1. When revisions are requested, authors should carefully address the comments and suggestions of the reviewers and the Editor.
2. A revised manuscript should incorporate the necessary changes and, where appropriate, provide a response to the reviewers' comments.
3. If the authors do not agree with any particular suggestion, a suitable justification should be provided.

1. Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, the authors should cooperate with the Editorial Office during the production process.
2. An accepted manuscript must not be published elsewhere without prior permission from the publisher.
3. An electronic version (e-print) of the published article will be made available to the authors.
4. A DOI (Digital Object Identifier) will be assigned to each published article.

1. The journal is an open-access journal, providing free and unrestricted access to its published articles to readers worldwide.
2. At present, the journal does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC) for submitted papers.
3. Authors may, however, make a voluntary contribution of their choice towards website maintenance, hosting, and publication-related production expenses.
4. Such voluntary contribution is not a condition for submission, peer review, acceptance, or publication.

1. Copyright of published articles is retained by the authors, subject to the journal's applicable publication and licensing policies.
2. Authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permission for the reproduction of any copyrighted material from other sources.

Authors are responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of the content of their manuscripts. They should ensure that:

1. the results and conclusions are presented accurately;
2. all relevant sources are appropriately cited;
3. the manuscript complies with the journal's prescribed format;
4. the manuscript is free from plagiarism and other unethical publication practices;
5. all authors who have made significant contributions are appropriately acknowledged or included as authors; and
6. the manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to another journal.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors should ensure that:

• The manuscript is original and has not been published elsewhere;
• The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal;
• The manuscript has been prepared in MS Word according to the prescribed page style;
• A corresponding PDF file has been prepared;
• The manuscript has been carefully checked for technical and grammatical correctness;
• Figures, tables, equations, and references are properly presented;
• Three potential reviewers may be suggested, where appropriate; and
• All authors have approved the final manuscript and its submission.
